Articulate Rise Course:               Two-Factor Authentication at BBI

Audience:  All employees (2500+) who access the Bively Network housing customer billing data.  

Problem:  Implementing 2FA will eliminate data breaches due to workstation password loss or theft., but employees fail to read or act on the email from the Technology Department regarding 2FA implementation, or make mistakes because they did not follow the directions correctly.  

Solution:  A mandated Rise e-Learning course housed within the company’s LMS ensures that all current and future employees will correctly implement 2FA. 

Highlights of course:  

• Interactions including click to reveal, flashcards, ordered steps, matching, drag-and-drop

• Scenario for trouble-shooting 2FA implementation for real-world practice

• Multiple knowledge checks and a graded assessment

Evaluation:  The course evaluates learning through knowledge checks and a graded assessment (Kirkpatrick Level 2) and the company assesses employee behavior (Kirkpatrick Level 3) when employees implement 2FA correctly, reducing Help Desk tickets for 2FA-related problems.

Articulate Storyline Course:   Family Medical Leave Act & Paid Medical Leave

Audience:  Any employee interested in learning options and processes for taking medical-related leave from work.

Problem:  Employee satisfaction with the HR Benefits department has fallen regarding response time and personalized service, especially regarding leave.  

Solution:  This e-Learning course lets employees learn options for extended leave without contacting HR.   Learning the eligibility and application processes for leave via the course means employees will only contact HR for very specific questions, freeing HR to provide more timely and personalized attention in these instances.

• Multiple scenarios to elevate learner engagement and identification with content
